The founding team met through the Energy Resilience and the Built Environment (ERBE) CDT, spanning UCL and Loughborough University. FlexSense turns that shared research context into practical network tools.
Our approach combines strategic forecasting with local coordination, while respecting the operational, comfort and privacy boundaries of participating buildings.
We’re speaking with network, housing and technology partners about initial pilot opportunities.
